Enrichment
Enrichment of the target compound on adsorbent resins, with stepwise elution and separation of accompanying substances.
Isolation and fine purification
Column and preparative chromatography on reversed-phase materials (C18), fractionation and heart cutting, up to high purities.
Analytics
HPLC with diode array detector (DAD) for content, purity and minor components, plus photometry, refractometry, pH and dry matter.
Documentation
Specification, manufacturing instructions, certificate of analysis and a report for each stage, as a basis for your quality or regulatory dossier.
Confidentiality
A mutual non-disclosure agreement before the first technical exchange. Rights to the results are agreed in writing before the project starts.

You commission each stage separately. Each one concludes with data and a report, and only then do we plan the next.

Laboratory feasibility
We compare processes on a laboratory scale and measure yield and purity. At a fixed price, which is credited against the next stage.

We scale up the most suitable process and define the process parameters. We quote the price once the laboratory data are available.

Several batches produced to a defined process, each with a certificate of analysis, for example for stability testing or a regulatory dossier.

Contract manufacturing in industrial quantities, with specification, manufacturing instructions and a framework agreement.
Your process, implemented by us
Do you already have a process? Once the non-disclosure agreement is in place, we adopt your SOP, chromatography parameters, specification and analytical method. We verify the process in the laboratory against your reference data, then scale it up, including preparative chromatography.
HPLC analysis in our own laboratory
We monitor every stage by HPLC: target compound content, purity and minor components. The diode array detector (DAD) also reveals what co-elutes alongside the target compound. We adopt methods from your SOP or develop them ourselves, calibrated with certified reference standards and verified with an independent check standard.
In addition, we carry out photometric measurements, such as total polyphenols by Folin-Ciocalteu, as well as refractometry, pH and dry matter. Every stage concludes with a report.
Typical projects
For example, a single plant compound in high purity for a regulatory dossier, an enriched extract with a defined content of a marker compound, or an active ingredient for cosmetics or food that is not commercially available in this form. For food, food supplements and cosmetics in the EU.
