Cancellation policy and cancellation form for consumers

"Consumer" within the meaning of this cancellation policy is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (KLG CONIUNCTA GmbH, email address: info[at]coniuncta.com, telephone number: 004981317573660) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g.You must inform us of your decision to revoke this contract (by means of a letter sent by post or an email). You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose, although it is not mandatory.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you incur any fees for this refund.

We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that is not necessary for checking their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Return Instructions for Goods

• The modalities mentioned in this section are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
• Please avoid damage or contamination of the goods.
• Please return the goods, if possible, in the original packaging and outer packaging along with all accessories and all packaging components. If the original packaging or outer packaging is no longer in your possession, another suitable packaging should be used to ensure adequate protection against transport damage and to avoid any claims for damages due to inadequate packaging.
