2. Digestion under the influence of temperature, pressure and shear

The prepared raw materials are then introduced into state-of-the-art Proprocess plants. This is where the core proprocess of the CONIUNCTA®AVE technology takes place: through the targeted combination of temperature, pressure and shear forces, the cell walls of the plant raw materials are opened so that valuable bioactive molecules become accessible. 3. Filtration and extract discharge

This is essential for both cosmetic formulations and food products. Since the filtration takes place in real time, it contributes significantly to the constant quality of the finalproduct.

4. Quality control and approval

At the end of the extractionpro process, comprehensive quality control is carried out using state-of-the-art autoscanner systems.
