ANALYSUS: Cloud platform for professional certificates of analysis
Creating certificates of analysis is a recurring task for every quality department in the cosmetics and food industry. Nevertheless, in many companies this process is still based on Excel templates, manual data entry and inconsistent formats. ANALYSUS is CONIUNCTA® 's answer to this problem: a cloud platform that generates EU-compliant Certificates of Analysis (CoA) in minutes instead of hours.
What ANALYSUS solves
Anyone who regularly creates certificates of analysis knows the weaknesses of manual processes: Typos in specifications, outdated test method references, missing unit specifications and format breaks between different product lines. Each of these sources of error can become a problem during audits or customer complaints.
ANALYSUS eliminates these risks through a structured system with predefined test standards, automatic parameter management and consistent document structure. The platform ensures that every certificate generated complies with regulatory requirements without the user having to manually look up standard numbers or method names.
Range of functions
ANALYSUS covers the entire certificate creation workflow. Products are created once with their specifications. The actual test results are entered for each batch. The platform automatically compares the results with the stored specifications and generates a complete, print-ready certificate of analysis.
Over 16 EU test standards are preconfigured. These include physico-chemical parameters such as pH value, relative density, viscosity, refractive index and water activity as well as microbiological parameters such as total plate count (TAMC), yeasts and molds (TYMC) and the absence of specified pathogens. Each parameter is stored with the correct DIN, ISO or Ph. Eur. method reference.
The PDF export generates documents with company branding, complete batch details, tabular presentation of results including specification limits and a release note. The certificates can be sent directly from the platform by email to customers or internal stakeholders.
Bilingual documentation
International business relationships require documentation in the customer's respective business language. ANALYSUS generates certificates of analysis in either German or English. Parameter designations, method references and evaluation texts are automatically output in the selected language without the need for a separate translation.
Compliance according to European standards
The document structure of ANALYSUS is based on the requirements of Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009 for cosmetic products and relevant food regulations. Test methods reference current DIN and ISO standards as well as monographs of the European Pharmacopoeia. The consistent use of correct method names and units ensures that certificates meet the expectations of auditors, authorities and international customers.
Target groups
ANALYSUS is aimed at contract manufacturers who hand over a CoA to their clients with every batch, internal QA/QC teams with their own production, independent testing laboratories and raw material suppliers who provide batch-specific quality documentation. The platform scales from single users to teams with multiple product lines.
Availability and prices
ANALYSUS is available immediately at analysus.coniuncta.tech. The free Free plan includes up to 5 certificates per month and one product. The Starter plan for 49 €/month offers unlimited CoAs, up to 25 products, bilingual export and e-mail delivery. The Professional plan for 149 €/month also includes custom branding, API access and priority support.
