Soothing & Anti-inflammatory

This category brings together soothing plant extracts for cosmetic formulations: more than 70 raw materials, from chamomile flower extract (Chamomilla Recutita), aloe extract and calendula extract to lavender extract, cucumber extract and frankincense extract (Boswellia Serrata). They are joined by 10:1 powdered extracts such as ashwagandha, hops and echinacea. A 10:1 extract means: ten parts of dried plant material are concentrated into one part of extract. The powder can be dosed precisely and is suitable for capsules, tablets and dry blends.

Extracts for sensitive skin and mild formulations

Formulators typically use the liquid extracts in this category in products for sensitive and delicate skin, for example in toners, creams and masks. Oil extracts such as black cumin oil extract (Nigella Sativa) complement the range for lipophilic formulations. The INCI name appears directly in each product title, which simplifies declaration in the formulation. All extracts come from our own production in Nuremberg:
