Creeping Buttercup Extract, INCI name Ranunculus Ficaria Extract, is a water-soluble botanical extract for cosmetic formulations. Its lead markers are flavonoids, including rutin. The raw material is supplied in liquid form.
Production
The extract is obtained using CONIUNCTA's Adaptive Vacuum Extraction (AVE). It is available in glycerin, propylene glycol or pentylene glycol, each on an aqueous basis. Preservation is glycol-based. The extract content is around 30 percent. 1 kg of extract contains the hydrophilic constituents of about 35 g of dried or about 220 g of fresh plant material. The raw material is produced in Germany (Made in Germany).

Application in cosmetics
