Apricot powder extract 10:1 is a water-soluble plant extract from the fruit of the apricot (Prunus armeniaca). The INCI name is Prunus Armeniaca Fruit Extract, the primary marker is Chlorogenic acid. The extract also contains beta-carotene, vitamin E and polyphenols and is supplied as a raw material for the cosmetics and food industries.
Production
The drug-to-extract ratio is 10:1. The result is a fine, golden-yellow to light-brown powder that requires no preservatives. Designed in Germany. The raw material comes from Europe and the rest of the world, with material from certified organic cultivation preferred. Every batch is tested microbiologically according to ISO methods, including ISO 21149, ISO 16212 and ISO 18415.
