One sample per customer and article; for PRO extracts the sample is considerably smaller than 250 g (approx. 50 g). With the sample you receive a code that credits €49 towards your next purchase. Application in cosmetics
The recommended use concentration is 0.5 to 2 %. The extract is suitable for all cosmetic product types. The dark red to violet color can be used for natural coloring in decorative cosmetics. Typical formulations include serums, masks and products for the eye area. Since anthocyanins are pH sensitive, a formulation pH below 5 is recommended to preserve the color.
Application in food
Under food law, the powder extract is the form that can be used. As it is dispersible in water, it can be incorporated into liquid and powdered recipes. The dark natural color acts as a natural coloring component. The taste is tart and astringent, which should be taken into account when designing recipes.
