Cistus extract, also known as rockrose, is a water-soluble plant extract from Cistus incanus (INCI: Cistus Incanus Flower/Leaf/Stem Extract, CAS 93165-04-9). The extract is rich in polyphenols and flavonoids; the lead marker is Myricetin-3-O-rhamnoside. CONIUNCTA supplies the raw material as a liquid extract for cosmetic formulations and food supplements.
