FAQ
FAQ
Please read our FAQ.
Ginseng Extract is a liquid plant extract obtained from the root of Panax ginseng, listed botanically as Panax Ginseng Root Extract (INCI). The characteristic constituents of the root are the ginsenosides, a group of triterpene saponins. CONIUNCTA supplies the extract as a raw material for the cosmetics and food industry (CAS 84650-12-4).
Production
Extraction is carried out using CONIUNCTA's Adaptive Vacuum Extraction (AVE). The extract is available in three carrier variants: glycerin, propylene glycol and pentylene glycol. Regardless of the variant, the extract content is around 30%. One kilogram of extract contains the hydrophilic components of approximately 35 g of dried or around 220 g of fresh plant material. Production takes place in Germany (Made in Germany).
