INCI: Vitis Vinifera Seed Extract. Grape seed powder extract (Vitis vinifera) is one of the richest natural sources of oligomeric proanthocyanidins (OPC). These flavonoid polymers with high antioxidant capacity define the premium positioning of this wine by-product extract.
Application in the cosmetics industry
Cosmetic applications of grape seed powder extract focus on anti-aging, skin protection and firming. The OPC fraction stabilizes collagen and elastin.
