FAQ
FAQ
Please read our FAQ.
KAPPAGAMMA® Biotin Liposomes is liposomally encapsulated biotin for cosmetic formulations. The raw material combines the B vitamin biotin (CAS 58-85-5) with hydrogenated phospholipids that form stable vesicles. As liposomal biotin, the raw material is suitable for hair care, scalp care and nail care. INCI: Hydrogenated Phospholipids, Tocopheryl Acetate, Biotin.
Production
The biotin is enclosed in vesicles made of hydrogenated phospholipids, and Tocopheryl Acetate completes the formula. The raw material is manufactured in Germany (Made in Germany) and is available in three carrier variants: with Glycerin, with Propylene Glycol or with Pentylene Glycol. This allows the carrier to be matched to the respective formulation system. Preservation is glycol based.
