Cistus powder extract is a 10:1 dry extract from Mediterranean cistus (Cistus incanus). The polyphenol-rich raw material carries the INCI name Cistus Incanus Extract and is characterized via the marker Myricetin-3-O-rhamnoside. As a fine, readily water-soluble powder, the cistus extract is suitable for applications in cosmetics and food.
Production
The product is a powder extract with an extract ratio of 10:1. It is supplied unpreserved and developed in Germany (Designed in Germany). The characteristic labdanum resins and tannins shape the phytochemical profile of the extract.
