Watercress Extract (INCI: Nasturtium Officinale Extract, CAS 84775-70-2) is an aqueous plant extract from watercress (Nasturtium officinale). The lead marker is the mustard oil glycoside gluconasturtiin. The raw material is supplied as a liquid extract and is intended for the cosmetics and food industries.
