Two routes. For development, select the “Development sample” variant at €49 on the product page and order it through your customer account. The sample comes with an example CoA (not batch-specific), TDS, SDS and CDS; it is intended for development, not for use in end products. One sample per customer and article; for PRO extracts the sample is considerably smaller than 250 g (approx. 50 g). With the sample you receive a code that credits €49 towards your next purchase. For industrial quantities above 5 kg, use the industrial inquiry on the product page. You receive a quotation with quantity, quality and base.

Parsley Extract (INCI: Petroselinum Crispum (Parsley) Extract) is an aqueous plant extract from the herb of Petroselinum crispum. The raw material carries Apiin as its lead marker, accompanied by Apigenin and Myristicin. CONIUNCTA supplies Parsley Extract as a B2B raw material for the cosmetics and food industries.
Production
The extract is obtained by Adaptive Vacuum Extraction (AVE) and is made in Germany. The extract content is around 30 % regardless of the carrier variant. Glycerin, propylene glycol or pentylene glycol are available as carriers. No preservative is added to any variant; propylene glycol and pentylene glycol have an antimicrobial effect. Use in cosmetics
The recommended use level is 2 to 5 %. The content of fragrance allergens under Annex III of the Cosmetics Regulation cannot be derived from the available data; analysis on request (GC-MS or HPLC). Owing to its Apiin content, the raw material is used in facial and body care, in hair care products and in formulations with an antioxidant focus.
Use in food
Parsley Extract is also suitable as a raw material for the food industry. The glycerin carrier variant is used for food applications. The ingredients according to Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 are listed in the section “Composition (1169/2011)”.
