Extracts for the food industry: production and documentation
CONIUNCTA produces the extracts in Germany using Adaptive Vacuum Extraction (AVE). Liquid extracts for food applications are available on glycerin as the carrier. The carrier keeps the dissolved plant compounds stable and makes them easy to dose in liquid formulations. Powder extracts can be worked directly into dry blends. Each article comes with technical documentation:
- TDS, SDS and CoA available after login
- Basic data for labelling in the context of Regulation (EU) 1169/2011
- Carrier and physical form stated for each product
